Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

    • Items must be returned within 14 days of the date you received your order.
    • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
    • Any promotional items or free gifts included with the purchase must also be returned in their original condition.
  2. Non-Returnable Items

    • Opened, used, or tampered products.
    • Items not purchased directly from caveman.com.my.
  3. Return Process

    • To initiate a return, please email us at info@caveman.com.my with your order number, proof of purchase, and reason for return.
    • Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the product.
  4. Shipping Costs

    • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item is defective or incorrect.
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed under the following terms:

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placing them by contacting us at info@caveman.com.my. After this period, cancellations may not be possible as the order will have entered processing or shipment.
